Return Policy

Returns

We want our customers to love their Aprisa purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied with the product, please contact us at orders@aprisaskincare.com within 30 days of purchase to start the return process. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Eligible returns will be sent mailing information to ensure the product is sent to the right location. You will be responsible for the shipping costs, and we recommend using a reliable shipping service, or you purchase shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee we will receive the returned item. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange a product for the same item, send us an email at orders@aprisaskincare.com and we will provide mailing information provided that you are approved for exchange.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a site credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

ReStocking Fee Notice

On orders of $500 or larger, we will automatically apply a 15% restocking fee on returned orders. We apply this fee to recover the cost of shipping an order of this size.  This fee will only be applied to orders that are refunded.  Please email our team at orders@aprisaskincare.com if you have any questions regarding this fee.

Late/Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 

If you have called your bank and the credit card company and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at orders@aprisaskincare.com.  

Damaged/Missing Packages

If your package was damaged during shipment, save the box and merchandise and notify us immediately at orders@aprisaskincare.com. Please include photos of the packaging and/or products in your email.

If your package is missing, please look around your property to see if the item was hidden or out of sight. Please check all entrances, garages, mail rooms or front desk receptions that are applicable. 

If the package is still not found, inform us at orders@aprisaskincare.com and we will start an investigation and take the proper follow-up steps.
