Aprisa® co-founder Apral has firsthand experience with the profound impact autoimmune diseases can have on individuals and families. After being diagnosed with Hashimoto’s disease, Apral developed extreme sensitivities to cosmetic products and environmental triggers, an experience that became the foundation for Aprisa®’s scientifically based, hypoallergenic formulations, thoughtfully created to minimize irritation and skin reactions.
This mission is deeply personal. In 2020, Apral’s 20-year-old daughter was diagnosed with Psoriatic Arthritis, followed by her 13-year-old daughter in 2021, an autoimmune condition that can significantly affect daily life. In response, Aprisa® is committed to giving back to the Arthritis Foundation, supporting research, advocacy, and progress toward improved treatments and future cures for those living with autoimmune diseases.
